My daughter genuinely looks forward to every session, which says so much about the positive engaging environment he creates. Not only did he help her raise her ACT score by nine points, but he also took the time to support her through challenges she was facing in her math class.

Isaiah explained concepts clearly and gave me strategies that boosted my confidence, timing, and score. I felt much more prepared and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to boost their ACT performance!

How We Help Develop Our Students
Yang Scholars Academy helps struggling both students in the Evanston, Northbrook, and Glenview areas and across the nation become confident and independent learners. There isn't a cookie cutter way to learn, which is why we do one-on-one tutoring to personalize our teaching methods to each of my students. If one explanation doesn't work, we immediately try a different approach that suits my student.
To make sure that our students truly understand the concepts we are learning, we don't just give answers, we prioritize the fundamentals. This way, our students don't simply memorize answers and can become independent problem solvers who can approach much more difficult problems.
Yang Scholars Academy always keep parents informed. After every session, we inform the parents what we covered, my future plans, and what we expect my student to finish before next class.
Our goal isn't to make our students dependent on our tutoring but, instead, it's to make them independent learners who can succeed long after our sessions end.
